I sit at the intersection of arts, culture, and political change rooted in love and compassion for all sentient beings. I coach individuals and teams on how to sit with ambiguity, have difficult conversations without shutting down, and build greater capacities for abundance.
I saw someone wrote that the role of the artist is to terrify the oppressor and I'm here to tell you no its not. Your religion cannot save you. Your wealth cannot save you. Your special status as victim or citizen or president or activist cannot save you. Make peace by bearing witness to the coming and goings of all things, beginning with the ruminating torrent of your precious mind, your breath, the internal rhythms of your flesh.

This is my flagship inclusion and belonging program that I created in 2018. I've trained hundreds of employees across dozens of organizations including Grubhub, Harvard, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
I began my writing career at the Wall Street Journal and have been published in the New York Times, the Boston Globe, and the LA Times. Today, you can find my weekly writings on Substack. Expect essays and poems on the human condition and the triumph of the human spirit.
I've sat with many wise teachers and learned great practices including Vedic chanting to focus the mind, Capoeira to connect to the divine, and Vipassana to steady the breath. I offer spiritual coaching for individuals seeking accompaniment through these difficult times. Book a call with me to learn more.
My alter ego, Domthefloor, is a DJ that helps you remember the Earth — your mother — which brought you into being. In my sets you can expect polyphonic sounds from Africa that ground you and raise your energetic frequency all at the same time. Get ready to dance.
Let's be in conversation.
